My name is Helle Smedegaard, I am Danish and I am the creator of Neowe, a space created to support visionary leaders, innovators, change-makers and future creators who are ready to step onto a new path for creating a brighter future while unfolding their fullest potential.

My main focus is: What can we accomplish when looking at a brighter future from a higher perspective?

We are living in a time of profound transformation, shaped by new technologies, shifting systems, and unprecedented possibilities. Navigating this era requires more than strategy. It calls for resilience, clarity, and the ability to walk through change without losing oneself. This is where my work comes in: helping people stand firmly in who they are while moving courageously into what’s next.

My passion lies in guiding people beyond surface-level success into a deeper alignment with who they truly are, so their vision, their work, and their life unfold with clarity, purpose, and impact.

My inspiration derives from RethinkX’ deep predictions on a brighter future by Tony Seba and James Arbib, Reinventing Organizations and how our evolutionary development is shaping new organizations by Fredric Laloux, and many others, but most of all from the transformation I have witnessed in people and projects from my many years of transforming, lifting, coaching and facilitating change. I have seen what humanity is capable of, and this is part of my North Star.

For years I have worked as a transformation facilitator, mentor and writer, helping people navigate transformation with ease instead of overwhelm. I see potential quickly, often in the very first conversation, and my role is to help unlock it step by step, in a way that feels both profound and practical.

Neowe was born from my belief that in order to get the best out of new technologies, we must dare to combine bold vision with inner strength. Here, I bring together my experience, creativity, and intuition to empower individuals and organizations who want to lead with more consciousness and create change that truly matters.
